Flux is the next generation computational network, decentralized Web 3.0. Flux provides the critical, high availability infrastructure for the New Internet. Any hardened dockerized application can run on Flux’s fully decentralized computational network. The Flux service offers an alternative to other cloud service providers, while maintaining competitive pricing.
Flux as the cryptocurrency powers the Flux ecosystem and is used for purchasing resources, collateralizing nodes and fueling transactions on FluxOS, rewarding both miners for validating transactions and FluxNode operators for providing computational resources.
Flux is Crucial
Running on its own blockchain, Flux underpins every aspect of the Flux ecosystem. From purchasing resources on the Flux network to enabling decentralized 2FA, Flux is crucial to the smooth operation of the ecosystem.
Community Involvement
Flux is a community driven Proof-of-Work (PoW) cryptocurrency with fair distribution (there was no ICO) that community members can earn by mining and/or operating FluxNodes. Those who contribute the most to the network and the smooth operation of the ecosystem are also the ones who reap the greatest rewards.
FluxHash
To support this, Flux uses its own custom PoW hashing algorithm, FluxHash. It is ASIC resistant making it attractive to GPU miners and ensuring a decentralized mining pool. FluxHash is a unique algorithm that is based on previous Equihash algorithms from ZCash(200,9) and ZHash(144,5).
Roadmap
Flux Network has been under continuous development over the last three years. The Flux team is committed to build regardless of market conditions. Here at Flux, we all have a common goal: Building the Next Generation of Decentralized Computing Power.
Created by the people for the people.

Why use one blockchain when you can use many? Through it's parallel assets, Flux is able to leverage the beneficial features of several blockchains such as access to multiple DefI platforms. Flux parallel assets will be interchangeable 1:1 with native Flux through the Fusion app in Zelcore.
The first five parallel assets have already been announced, with another five being announced over the coming months. Once complete, Flux will exist as a native token on ten additional blockchains opening up a wealth of opportunities in DeFi and beyond.
